Wudang Pai start by focussing on the body, teaching slow, fluid movements from the ancient art of Tai Chi. These movements calm the mind and allow us to focus within, improving mood and boosting mental and physical resilience, as the medical case studies below prove.
At Wudang Pai, we aim for people of all ages and abilities to attend our classes in the workplace or online, wearing normal work clothes, and come away with the following:
